Before you start
- Save the accommodation name and full address in Korean.
- Save the rail, night-bus, and taxi locations for the correct terminal.
- Prepare a taxi budget and working payment method as backup.
- For an arrival after midnight, tell the accommodation your actual arrival date and time and arrange late check-in. Ask which night to book for access in the early hours. Keep door or key-collection instructions offline.
- A night bus reaching Seoul does not mean the subway will still run. Plan the final leg and its cost before choosing a stop, and compare the whole group’s bus fares with a taxi quote.
- Select the night-bus page for your actual terminal, then confirm the route, boarding point and current departure. Check the final trip from the bus stop to your accommodation. Taxi night surcharges vary by vehicle and time; use the designated rank and current official fare guidance.
Immigration took too long and you missed the last service?
- Search using the time you actually leave arrivals with your bags, not landing time. Confirm your terminal, night-bus boarding point and departure date, especially after midnight.
- Check the final leg from the bus stop to your accommodation: can you walk, or will you need a taxi? A night bus does not guarantee an onward public-transport connection.
- If no connection works, ask at the official taxi stand or airport information desk. Confirm late check-in arrangements with your accommodation before travelling to a locked property.

Practical example
Example: a 22:30 landing can become a 00:10 arrival-hall exit after immigration and baggage. Recheck live rail and night-bus departures at 00:10; if none remains, ask the information desk for the marked official taxi queue.
