Before you start
- Save allergy or excluded-ingredient text in Korean.
- Have a backup card or cash.
- Decide dine-in or takeaway before starting.
Stuck ordering or paying at a kiosk?
- Check dine-in or takeaway, quantities and options in the basket. Before leaving the payment screen, see whether an order number was already issued.
- If language, card or phone-number entry blocks you, show staff the screen. Do not repeat the same order on another machine while completion is unclear.
- Ask whether staff ordering or another payment method is possible. Confirm ingredients and allergies with staff rather than menu photos; consult official 1330 information if you need travel interpretation help.
