Waryong Park is adjacent to Samcheong Neighborhood Park, Changgyeong Neighborhood Park, and Bugaksan Urban Natural Park. The shallow soil makes it difficult to grow trees, and a forest was created with acacia trees, etc. However, residents participated in the event to plant 10 million Trees of Life and planted and tended trees, transforming the park into a park with greenery and beautiful flowers blooming each season. In particular, in spring, cornelian cherry, plum blossoms, azaleas, and forsythia bloom, making it a great outing course for families.

와룡공원은 삼청근린공원, 창경근린공원, 북악산 도시자연공원이 연접해 있다. 토심이 얕아 수목생육이 어렵고, 아카시나무 등으로 산림이 조성되었으나 주민들이 생명의 나무 천만 그루 심기 행사에 스스로 참여하여 수목을 심고 가꾸어 푸르름과 계절별 아름다운 꽃이 피는 공원으로 변모하고 있다. 특히, 봄에는 산수유, 매화, 진달래, 개나리 등이 피어나 가족단위의 나들이 코스로 좋다.
