Steps

  1. 01

Search full departure and arrival terminal names and date on KOBUS for express buses or BusTago for intercity buses. If no route appears, try the other service too. After a payment or identity-check error, check existing reservations first, then buy the same route at the terminal counter if needed. For operating questions, find the company printed on your ticket in the operator contact list. Booking-system enquiries: KOBUS 1644-9030, BusTago 1644-2992; English support is not guaranteed.

  2. 02

Check date, time, seat, and arrival terminal before payment.

  3. 03

Save or print the valid boarding ticket.

  4. 04

Arrive early enough to find the gate.

Before you start

  • Find the exact departure terminal building.
  • Check whether KOBUS or Bustago serves the route.
  • Save the destination terminal name in Korean.

Easy points to confuse

  • Going to the wrong Seoul terminal
  • Confusing two terminals in the same city
  • Treating a reservation screen as the boarding ticket

Practical example

Example: buses to the same city may depart from Seoul Express Bus Terminal or Dong Seoul Terminal. Enter the full terminal name in the map, then match destination, platform, and vehicle number. At the wrong terminal, ask the counter about the next service.
