Place story
Among the Hangang Citizen's Parks, which are a resting place for Seoul citizens, Mangwon Hangang Park is located at the northern end of the riverside between Wonhyodaegyo Bridge and Seongsandaegyo Bridge, and is adjacent to Mapo-gu. The berm has a well-developed resting area, including a lawn and a walking path, and various exercise facilities and bicycle paths are also provided. You can visit with friends and loved ones and have some relaxation time. In addition, water leisure activities such as windsurfing, water skiing, and motor boating are conducted on the water, and there are cultural heritage sites such as Mangwonjeong Pavilion and Jeoldusan Shrine nearby, and it is connected to the World Cup Stadium and Incheon International Airport.

서울 시민의 휴식공간인 한강시민공원 중 망원한강공원은 원효대교와 성산대교 사이 강변북단에 위치해 있으며, 마포구와 인접해 있다. 둔치에는 잔디밭과 산책로 등 휴식공간 잘 조성되어 있고, 각종 운동시설과 자전거도로 등도 마련되어 있다. 친구와 연인과 함께 방문해 휴식시간을 가질 수 있다. 또한 수상에서는 윈드서핑, 수상스키, 모터보트 등 수상레저활동이 이루어지고 있고, 주변에 망원정, 절두산 성지 등 문화유적지가 있으며, 월드컵경기장, 인천국제공항 등과 연계되어 있다.
