From booking to the theater
All ages welcome. Children up to 35 months sit on a guardian’s lap; ages 36 months and over need a ticket. Bring your booking number or voucher and proof of a child’s age.
Seoul shows run about 75 minutes without an interval. Ticket collection opens 1 hour before, and auditorium entry 30 minutes before. We suggest arriving 30 minutes early to collect tickets.

Standard prices in the official Gwanghwamun and Seodaemun show guides. Discounts, sellers and sessions can change the checkout total.
Direct bookings on the official website allow seat selection. Klook assigns seats automatically, so book your group in one order. Selection rules differ by seller even for the same class. Official direct bookings close for cancellation 24 hours before the show; other sellers apply their own package terms.
Gwanghwamun (Kyunghyang Art Hill) and Seodaemun (NH Art Hall) are different theaters. Our linked Klook listing is for Gwanghwamun. If your voucher says NH Art Hall, follow the Seodaemun directions instead.

- Use exit 5 at Seodaemun station, line 5. Despite the theater’s Gwanghwamun name, the official nearby approach is from Seodaemun.
- Use the location map to find Kyunghyang Art Hill, 3 Jeongdong-gil. The official walk from the exit is about 6 minutes; crossings and crowds may add time.
- Present your booking number or voucher at THE PAINTERS ticket desk on floor 1. This is not the basement venue at NH Art Hall.

- At Seodaemun station, line 5, head toward exit 5 and the underground connecting passage.
- Follow signs toward 하나로마트 (Hanaro Mart), as directed by the official FAQ, into the passage to the new Nonghyup headquarters building. Do not take the outdoor route to Kyunghyang Art Hill.
- Present your booking number or voucher at NH Art Hall, B2 of the new Nonghyup building, 120 Tongil-ro.

Entry rules & official venue information ↗Pair Gwanghwamun with a walk along Jeongdong-gil, or Seodaemun with a meal near the station. Allow time for ticket collection as well as your meal and travel.
Seoul shows finish about 75 minutes after the start. Photography, filming and recording need prior permission. Late arrivals may enter at a designated time and be seated elsewhere.
